Tips to solve the problem (Unable to complete your purchase)
The tips below were written and extracted from years of experience and many losses, so we would like to share the solutions with you, whether you are a customer or a distributor.
- After filling the card into the Apple Store account, it must be used immediately. If the problem appears from the beginning directly, attempts must not be repeated to avoid the account being locked by Apple. In this case, it is only possible to wait 24 hours without trying it, then try it once after 24 hours.
- If the purchase has not been completed after 24 hours of inserting the card, you can try purchasing from within another program or game for a minimum value of $1.
- If the same problem persists, you must wait for another 24 hours and then try the same way
- After three days of not solving the problem, you must log out of the Apple account from the device being used and log in to the Apple Store on another device and try it immediately and the probability of its success is 90%. If the problem persists, you must wait longer for the same period of time on the new device.
- Do not contact Apple customer service at all because when they check, they discover that you are essentially violating Apple’s policy regarding gift cards, regardless of the seller of the card, and it must only be used in America and they will close the account.
- When a message appears: Your Apple account has been locked, there is no solution. You must exit the email and format the device
