هذا المستند هو بمنزلة عقد قانوني، منتج لكامل آثاره القانونية، بوصفه اتفاقية نهائية بين منصة “CHARGERQUICK.NET” من جهة (“المنصة”، “الموقع”، “المتجر”، “نحن“)، وبين كل شخص يقوم بالولوج إلى الموقع إحدى خدماته على الأقل (“أنت”،”المستخدم”، “المستخدمون”، “الأعضاء”، “الزوار”).
يبين هذا المستند التزامات المستخدم ذات الصلة بالاستخدام الصحيح والعادل لصلاحيات المستخدم وموارد الموقع وبنيته التحتية:
يعتبر هذا الاتفاق ملزما للطرفين أعلاه مباشرة بعد نشره على الموقع والمصادقة عليه من طرف “المستخدمين”، كما يعتبر ملزما “للمستخدمين” فيما بينهم، ومرجعا لحل النزاعات التي قد تنشأ بينهم، وذلك حسب منصوصه والمفهوم من بنوده، وضمن إطار قواعد النظام العام.
- يتعهد كل مستخدم للموقع بأنه حائز للأهلية الشرعية والقانونية المؤهلة لإنشاء المعاملات المالية وتحمل المسؤوليات المترتبة عن التصرفات والأضرار، وتبعا لذلك، فإنه لا يجوز مطلقا استخدام الموقع من طرف القاصرين أو المحاجير أو من طرف أي شخص لا يملك الأهلية الشرعية و/أو القانونية لأي سبب آخر.
- تتطلب بعض الخدمات والميّزات المتوفرةَ على الموقع التسجيل بها أو الاشتراك فيها، باختيارك التسجيل أو الاشتراك في أيّ من هذه الخدمات أو المّيزات ذات الصلة، فإنّك توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة وحالية عن نفسك وعلى تحديثها على الفور إذا طرأت أيّة تغييرات.
- يتعهد كل زائر و/أو مستخدم بأنه لا يقوم بفتح أكثر من حساب واحد، وأنه لم يسبق أن تعرض لإغلاق أو توقيف حساب آخر له على الموقع.
- يتعهد كل زائر و/أو مستخدم بالإدلاء بمعلوماته الشخصية الحقيقية، ولا يسمح باستخدام معلومات مضللة لتسجيل العضوية، وكل مخالفة تعرض صاحبها للعقوبات التي تراها إدارة الموقع مناسبة لضمان حقوق جميع المستخدمين في استخدام شفاف وآمن لخدمات الموقع.
- يمكن لإدارة الموقع أن تطلب من المستخدمين في أي وقت الإدلاء بما يثبت صحة معلوماتهم التي أدلوا بها عند التسجيل، ويمكن للإدارة أن تفرض حدوداً على الاستخدام في حال الامتناع عن الاستجابة للطلبات الإدارية.
- يتحمّل كلّ مستخدمٍ للموقع لوحده كامل مسؤولية عن حفظ كلمة السرّ الخاصة به وكافة معلومات الولوج إلى حسابه بشكل سليم وآمن، ويبقى صاحب الحساب مسؤولا بشكل كامل على جميع التصرفات التي تصدر عن حسابه ما دام هذا الحساب نشيطا.
- يجب على المستخدم لزوما التبليغ عن أي استخدام مشكوك فيه و/أو غير مصرّح به لحسابه أو لكلمة السر الخاصة به. ولا يمكن بأية حال اعتبار الموقع مسؤولًا، لا بشكلٍ مباشرٍ ولا بشكل غير مباشرٍ ولا بأي شكلٍ من الأشكال، عن أيّة خسارة أو أضرارٍ من أي نوع قد تنتجُ عن عدم امتثال المستخدم لهذا القسم لتعليمات الأمان الخاصة بحسابه، والواقع ذكر بعضها في هذا القسم بالخصوص.
- يتعهد كل زائر و/أو مستخدم بالتزام آداب الأمانة واللياقة داخل المنصة، كما يلتزم بحفظ الأسرار التي قد يطلع عليها و/أو المعطيات التي يتوصل إليها بمناسبة استخدام الموقع، مع ترتيب الآثار القانونية اللازمة على ذلك، خصوصا فيما قد يفضي إلى الإضرار بالغير.
- يتعهد كل زائر و/أو مستخدم للموقع بأنه لا يقوم باستخدام الموقع بقصد الإضرار بمصالحه بأي وجه من الوجوه، مع جميع الآثار القانونية المترتبة على ذلك. وكل مخالفة لذلك تعرض صاحبها لتوقيف حسابه أو لإغلاقه نهائيا، مع إلزامه بجبر الأضرار في حال إحداثها.
يتم نشر أحدث نسخة من هذه الاتفاقية عبر الموقع، ويعتبر استمرار المستخدمين في استخدام الموقع بمثابة تعهد والاطلاع والقبول لكافة التحديثات التي قد تلحق بنود هذه الاتفاقية.

- Site yönetimi, kullanıcılardan kayıt olurken verdikleri bilgilerin doğruluğunu kanıtlamalarını istediği zaman talep edebilir ve idari taleplere cevap verilmemesi durumunda yönetim, kullanımda sınırlamalar getirebilir.

- Sitenin her bir ziyaretçisi ve/veya kullanıcısı, siteyi herhangi bir şekilde menfaatlerine zarar verme niyetiyle kullanmayacağını, bunun tüm hukuki etkileriıyle birlikte taahhüt eder ve bunun her ihlali, hesabın askıya alınmasına veya hesabının kalıcı olarak kapatılmasına neden olup zararları tazmin etmesini zorunlu kılar
Bu sözleşmenin en son güncellemesi sitede yayınlanacaktır ve kullanıcıların siteyi kullanmaya devam etmeleri, bu sözleşmenin koşullarına eklenebilecek tüm güncellemeleri gözden geçirme ve kabul etme taahhüdünü teşkil eder.
